Supervisor of elections 104. (1) The office of Supervisor of Elections shall be a public office, and appointments to that office shall be made in accordance with section 91. (2) The primary responsibility of the Supervisor of Elections shall be, in accordance with any Ordinance— (a) to make arrangements for the registration of electors and the administrative conduct of elections to the House of Assembly; and (b) to enforce on the part of all election officers fairness, impartiality and compliance with any such law. (3) The Supervisor of Elections shall have and exercise such functions, for the purpose of fulfilling his or her primary responsibility under subsection (2), as may be conferred on him or her by law. © Crown Copyright 2014 Copying/unauthorised distribution strictly prohibited.
