Summoning of Cabinet 38. (1) Subject to subsection (2), the Cabinet shall be summoned by the Governor acting in his or her discretion; but the Governor shall summon the Cabinet if requested to do so by the Premier or by four or more members of the Cabinet. (2) The Cabinet shall meet at least once a fortnight.
